Managing Change with Living Models:

01:08:55
In this webinar we will explore Decision Modeling for analysts with TDM (The Decision Model) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation): Len Silverston (best-selling author), stated that The Decision Model “…provides a framework and model that takes our field to the next level.” Today, this prediction has come true. The Object Management Group’s Decision Model and Notation specification (DMN) established decision modeling as a legitimate practice, ushering in a missing software market. The IIBA has recognized the need for decision modeling. This webinar covers this new direction: Starts with three kinds of change for which decision models are appropriate: regulatory requirements, operational decisions, and transformational business change. Explains why decision modeling is more than a missing discipline and shows how decision models become living, managed business assets, not stagnant requirements documentation. Explores TDM and DMN including cases studies confirming that decision modeling, integrated into a redefined change framework delivers highest quality business change in less time.

We've all likely seen it right? The image from Lippitt or Knoster about how if we're missing a particular ingredient (e.g., vision), we'll struggle getting to a change in practice. But what impact does an aging brain and a lack of emotional intelligence have on the formula? Well, if you thought managing change was complex before, in this video, I share a new twist on change that builds upon what we've learned about our brains and our emotional intelligence skills! I also provide three solutions to getting to a change in practice. Learn more at https://kristiepf.com/complex-change
The Monkeys and the Bananas Story

03:54
The Monkeys and the Bananas Story is a Metaphor of how activities and process happen in an organization. Such organizations still follow certain procedures and systems which may be obsolete in today's time. Many a times we are not ready to adapt to change. It appears funny, but this is how limiting beliefs are formed in life..! Its a classical example of how belief systems are formed. This simple video demonstrates through a simple experiment with monkeys, how people tend to resist change, even when it is for the best. The Moral of the Story is you must challenge our limiting beliefs and change for better.

Managing Change with Agile

12:44
http://www.iil.com/agile/ Agile is the word of the moment in software development, and it is moving rapidly into all phases of IT and business life. Once the sole province of developers striving to replace the linear development life cycles, agile is now a valid adjective in front of a whole host of activities: agile project management, agile enterprise, agile sales, agile marketing, agile management and so forth. Agile connotes a process that is low-ceremony, flexible, responsive and fast. It is also one that is driven more by the process workers than by a set of documented standards. Watch the video below to learn how to manage change with Agile.

What Is Change Management In Project Management Terms?

04:51
What is change management in project management terms? It's the management of change to do with with the triple constraint. Watch our expert from https://www.projectmanager.com/?utm_source=youtube.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=WhatIsChangeManagementInProjectManagementTerms explain. Change management, by definition is about changing, modifying or transforming organizations in order to maintain or improve their effectiveness. It is also a subset of project management. Managing Change in Healthcare

01:38
www.swattage.com Managing change is an important part of healthcare. By the time a provider grows into maturity, the organization, its processes, and technologies can be quite complex, so innovating and introducing change has to be done very carefully while providing executive leadership with visibility into what’s going on. There’s always the risk that change will take a long time and be poorly implemented and that can cause unrest among employees. That translates into real costs and increased turnover. Plus there’s always the risk that a competitor will innovate in the same space as you and beat you to the finish, so measuring and reducing the time it takes to bring an innovation to market is crucial. Making sure that we introduce the right changes with precision in a short enough timeframe is what we do. That takes careful analysis up front about both the financial value of change efforts and how they contribute to the long term business strategy. Bringing together things like regulatory compliance and technology delivery can be tricky. It’s easy to look outward to other industries and say, “Well, they can do that cool technology stuff. They’re not in healthcare.” Just because you’re in the healthcare sector doesn’t mean you can’t automate the compliance aspects of your technology. It can be done. We are Swattage. We are the number one change management firm specializing in business process engineering, change management, and project management and governance for Healthcare Industry, Pharmaceutical and Health Insurance. We help health-related companies execute their business strategy and create measurable value and we’re ready to make a difference for you.

To take the profile we mentioned go to bit.ly/aspireconsulting Change is everywhere, and particularly prominent in Healthcare, across the complete continuum of care. Hospitals, surgi-centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, outpatient centers, physicians and other professional health providers have all experienced it on a regular basis. Fiscal regulations change in one setting, putting pressures on it, until the leaders "figure it out".

Managing Organizational Change

00:56
This video is a partial preview of the full business document. To view and download the full document, please go here: http://flevy.com/browse/business-document/managing-organizational-change-1426 DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION Organizations face immense challenges when managing change, especially while rolling out enterprise transformation programs. Whereas most of the organizations are good in formulating strategy, they falter during execution. Poor change management is a major reason for this failure. In this presentation, we discuss some well established models of change and how an organization can go about using them. Change models of Kurt Lewin, Beckhard/Harris, William Bridges, and John Kotter are presented and discussed in detail. We also consider multiple metaphors in which an organization can operate and how change can best be managed for such organizations. The presentation also includes details on how to engage stakeholders for effective Change Management.
